Where can I find the status of my order?

You can track your order via the confirmation email you received after purchase it contains a tracking link that is updated in real time. Can't find it? Use this link to see the status of your order.

Can I still change my address?

Address changes are possible as long as your order hasn't been dispatched yet. Please contact us as soon as possible at support@noviare.co with your order number and the correct address, and we'll do our best to update it in time.

What is the delivery time?

Delivery typically takes between 3 and 8 business days, depending on your country and the local postal carrier assigned to your region. Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a tracking link so you can follow your package every step of the way.

How do I cancel my order?

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Send us an email at support@noviare.co with your order number as soon as possible and we'll process the cancellation and arrange a full refund.
