14-Day Return Policy
At Noviare, your satisfaction matters to us. If your order isn’t exactly what you expected, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item(s). Please note that we do not offer exchanges. Returns are eligible for a refund or store credit only.
Return Conditions
Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery. All products must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition, with all tags still attached. Returns that show signs of wear, damage, or alterations will not be accepted.
Once we receive your return, it will be inspected before any refund is processed.
Pre-Order Cancellations
Pre-orders can be cancelled; however, if production has already started, a $25 USD production fee will apply.
Not Satisfied With Your Order?
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase — for example, if the item doesn't suit your style or fit as expected — please reach out to our support team. In some cases, we may offer a complimentary replacement item of equal value as an alternative to a return. If you choose to accept this offer, your right to a return or refund for that item will no longer apply.
Additional Information
Noviare is not responsible for any damage that occurs after delivery, including damage caused by improper use or adjustments. Items that are determined to be damaged after delivery will not qualify for a refund or replacement.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item received is defective or incorrect. In such cases, no additional costs will be charged.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or not what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue.
